The Anchor Academy Philosophy.

 

I have taught in Texas for several years, both in private Montessori schools and in public high school. I believe that a child truly learns through a combination of information presented in different ways. Information found through reading, traditional style lectures and hands-on projects really cement the learning process together. Children of all ages retain so much more when their learning environments are fun and interactive and that creates a love for lifelong learning.

 

Taking knowlege that has been acquired and seeing it put into practice is invaluable. There are many field trips planned during the year for that very reason.
